About Us

Meet Dr. Kelly Wulf

Dr. Kelly Wulf has an extensive background in Special Education, having graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Western Illinois in 1989 and earning her master’s degree in Special Education from the University of Charleston in 1996. In December 2008, Dr. Wulf received a Specialist in Education in Superintendency from The Citadel and later earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Special Education Administration from the University of South Carolina in 2015.

Dr. Wulf is known for her take-action attitude and goal-focused approaches. She is passionate about creating and implementing change withing the current system to provide an equal playing field for families. Dr. Wulf is a game-changer in the field of educational advocacy. 

Dr. Wulf’s teaching history includes being an instructor at Manual High School in Peoria School District #150 and Berkeley County School District’s Macedonia Middle School and Stratford High School. The last position held was Berkeley County School District’s Chief Academic and Innovation Officer as well as held multiple positions within the district as:

Executive Director for Program for Students with Disabilities.
